## **Achievements and Performance**

Financially, this**<br>**means that there were considerable**<br>**outgoings during the year. However the**<br>**renovations were necessary for the**<br>**maintenance and provision of the**<br>**housing services Healics is able to**<br>**provide. Therefore, despite the financial**<br>**situation the overall change to Healics**<br>**Recovery is regarded as positive.**<br>**The recoverees remained relatively**<br>**stable during this year. One of the**<br>**persons successfully helped moved on**<br>**after almost two years using Healics**<br>**Recovery. As part of their journey they**<br>**reengaged with estranged family**<br>**members and this was facilitated by the**<br>**charity.**<br>**A second recoveree who had been with**<br>**Healics roughly a year at this point also**<br>**began to form closer links with their**<br>**family. As part of these family meetings**<br>**their relationship with their young son**<br>**began to grow. Although the recoveree**<br>**was not yet stable in their sobriety to**<br>**leave Healics at this point these positive**<br>**developments are noted a significant**<br>**achievement of the charity.**<br>**At the end of 2024 Healics Recovery**<br>**was fully utilised with all rooms**<br>**available being occupied. This**<br>**represents a significant achievement for**<br>**the charity and although numbers**<br>**fluctuate it shows the continued need**<br>**for the services offered.**<br>**At the end of 2024 there were four**<br>**people using Healics Recovery services.**|
