Objects: 2.1 The Charity’s Objects Are Specifically Restricted In Each Case Only For The Public Benefit To The Following:(a) The Prevention Of Poverty In Greater Manchester By Providing Services To Individuals And Communities In Need Or Charities Or Other Organisations Working To Prevent Poverty In Greater Manchester.(b) To Provide Facilities To The Residents Of Greater Manchester In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents Of Greater Manchester.2.2 Nothing In These Articles Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The Charity For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Any Statutory Provision Regarding The Meaning Of The Word "Charitable" Or The Words "Charitable Purposes" In Force In Any Part Of The United Kingdom.
