## Trustee report for April 2022 to March 2023 All groups are running well and maintaining the high standard of care we expect. Staff have shown high levels of professionalism and dedication. The Trustees do not have any serious incidents to report. ## Nursery Numbers are high, a high proportion of our children attend from 9.00-3.30pm, using the hours 30 government funding. We had several projects that happened during the Summer Holidays, one of which included a new ramp to allow for our 2-year-old children to access the outside play area independently and allow free flow. Nursery ran an open day on a Saturday for current parents to attend with their children, it was very successful and have two more dates booked in. The current Manager resigned from her role at the end of August and two new joint Managers were appointed. Our level 3 apprentice has almost completed her apprenticeship. All staff supervisions and appraisals have taken place and all staff training ongoing to support CPD. ## Breakfast & After School Club Due to staff changes it was agreed that Beech Green Primary School would take over the running of Breakfast and After School Club from September 2022. ## Holiday Club Holiday Club did not open during the Summer as major work was planned for the school roof and it was unsafe to open during this time. The holiday club will also be run by Beech Green Primary School from September 2022.
