The structure, governance and management of the organization are run by the constitution and the
Deeds of Trustees and the organization is constituted and run by the trustees. The selection of the
trustees is by members of the organization atcording to the organization constitutions and after
appointrnent of the trustees they are offered trainin8.
The charity 15 an Islamic o￿anIZatIon and use the holy Qurfan as the basls for the Interp￿￿tIOn of
rule of law and network with wider Islamic organization which the charity engage with.
MaSn objectives and activities of the charity are the meeting of the organization every Sunday, where
all members congregate under the leadership of the lead imam and other Imam. Lectures are given
and recitations of the Qur'an and activities for the moderasa, where the members and their children
are glven the opportunity to learn how to recite and the reading of the holy Qur'an.
The trustees are happy with the position of the income and expenditure of the charity. Although
there is a reduction in the numbers of members attending congregational meetings. These are the
challenges faced due to the hiEh cost of living crisis, which has affected the income and contributions
from regular members. This problem has made the trustees more prudent and proceed to the
process of cut costin8 in order to limit unnecessary expenditure.
The financial review of the charity reserve are in a good position and the trustees have declared that
they have approved the trustee's annual report.

Report on the Financlal Ststements:
We have condurted the accompanying financial statements of the community trust of Jarnaa'tu Ahli
Llahi Millwall London on pages 2, which comprise the statement ol the income and expenditure
financial position as at 315t October 2025.
This report Is made solely to the Trustees, a5 a body, in accordance with the Trust Deed. Our audit has
been undertaken as an internal control process so that we might state to the Trustees those matters
we are required to state to them in an auditor's report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent
permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the Trustees, as 8
body, for our audit work, for this report, or for the opinion5 we have formed.
Trustees Responslblllty forthe Financial Statements:
The Trustee5 are responsible on behalf of the entity for the prepar2tion and fair presentation of these
financial statements, in accordance with Public 8enefit Entity Standards Reduced Disclosure Regime,
and for such internal control as the Trustees determine is necessary to enable the preparation of
financial statements that are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error.
Auditor5 Responsibllltles:
Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on our audit. We
conducted our audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing and International
Standards on Auditin8 (England & Wales). Those standards require that we comply with ethical
requirements and plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the
financial statements are free from material misstatement.
An audit involves performing procedures to obtain audit evidence about the amounts and disclosures
in the financial statements. The p￿edureS selected depend on the auditor's judgement, including
the asse55ment of the risks of material misstatement of the financial statements, whether due to
fraud or error. In making those risk assessments. the auditor considers internal control relevant to the
entity's preparation and fair presentation of the financial statements in order to design audit
procedures that are appropriate in the circumstance5, but not for the evaluating the appropriateness
of the accounting policies used and the reasonableness of accounting estirnates. as well as the overall
presentation of the financial statements.
We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis
for our audit opinion. Other than in our capacity as auditor and we have relationship and inte￿t as a
member in the charity of Jamaa'tu Ahli Llahi Millwall London.
