Mrs Bola Olasumbo Okanlawon The structure, governance and management of the organization is run by the constitution and the Deeds of Trustees and the or8anization is constituted and run by the trustee5. The 5elertion of the trustees is by members of the organization according to the organization constitutions and after appointment of trustees they are send out for training. The charltyls an Islamic organization and use the holy Qur'an as the basis for the interpretation of rule of law and network with wider Islamic organization which the charity work with. Maln objectives and activities of the charity are the meeting of the organization every Sunday, where all members congregate under the leadership of the lead imam and other imam. Lectures are given and recitations of the Qur'an and artivities for the moderasa, where the members children are given the opportunity to learn how to recite and the reading of the holy Qur'an. The trustees are happy with the position of the income and expenditure of the charity. Although there are reduction in the numbers of members attending congregational meetings. These are the challenges faced due to high cost of living crisis, which has affected the income and contributions from regular members. This problem has made the trustees to be more prudent and proceed to the process of cut costing in order to limit unnecessary expenditure. Financlal ￿VIeW of the charity reserve are in a 8ood position and the trustees have declared that they have approved the trustee's annual report. Our audit has been undertaken as an internal control process so that we might state to the Trustees those matter5 we are required to state to them in an auditor's ￿port and for no other purpose. Trustee5 ResponsSblllty for the Flnanclal Ststements: The Trustee5 are responsible on behalf of the entity for the preparation and fair presentation of these financial statements, in accordance with Public Benefit Entity Standards Reduced Disclosure Regime, and for such internal control as the Trustees determine is necessary to enable the preparation of financial statements that are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error. Audltor5 Responslbllities: Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on our aLsdit. We conducted our audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing and lrnternètional Standards on Auditing (England & Wales). Those standards require that we comply with ethical requirement5 and plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free from material misstatement.
