## **Coordinators Report** 

● 2024 has been a year of change both good and bad. We have slightly reduced in numbers but very much grown as a group and team. There are currently 9 responders with us now having more L3’s than in previous years. 

● We have covered hardly any events this year as last year it was mainly myself and Olivia covering all events. We did however manage to source enough funds to get us comfortably through the year. 

● Despite our aim for this last year to grow our community engagement and presence we didn’t seem to get out there very much. This is going to be our current focus for this year. 

● Unlike in previous years, we chose not to attend Leicester Pride 2024 as there was little interest from the team. We will look to attend in 2025
