## Trustee report 2023 

2023 has been a year of change both good and bad. We grew as a group in numbers and as a team. We are looking to grow the team in 2024. We have had lots of newly implemented policies and procedures not to mention the new reporting format for the responders themselves. This allows us to have a detailed knowledge of the kit we have and the stock of kit we hold. This will allow us to have a better control of procurement and hopefully reduce costs. 

We have a new treasurer from 1st October who has updated our balance sheet and has now been able to provide a more detailed analysis of the bank account. Previously it was filed stating 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022 however the figures submitted were up to and including 19th August 2022, not 31st March as previously stated by our previous treasurer. 

Going forward, we will be filing a reporting period for 2023/24 as 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024.
