## **TRUSTEES REPORT** 

The charity was set up in 2019 to secure and maintain the open space of Naunton Recreation Ground for the public benefit of the residents of Naunton and the surrounding area, with the object of providing opportunities for formal and informal sport and outdoor recreation that improves health, well-being and social welfare. 

The trustees of the charity as of 31[st] December 2020 are: Marcus M Courtney (Chairman) John Stephen Evans Christopher Charles Goll

The charity was set up to purchase the freehold title of the Naunton recreation ground from St Andrew’s Parochial Church Council. As of 31[st] December 2020, the approval of the sale of the freehold title by the Diocese of Gloucester is outstanding. Therefore, the sale of the recreation ground to the charity is yet to take place. As a result, there have been no activities or financial transactions during the period ending 31[st] December, 2020.
