**Objects:** TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF PEOPLE AFFECTED BY POSTNATAL ILLNESSES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:• PROVIDING SUPPORT, ASSISTANCE AND INFORMATION DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY TO PEOPLE AFFECTED BY PRE AND POSTNATAL ILLNESSES;• FURTHERING AND BUILDING POSTNATAL ILLNESS AWARENESS, EDUCATION AND RESEARCH;•PROMOTING EFFECTIVE CARE, INVOLVEMENT AND SUPPORT FOR PEOPLE AFFECTED BY POSTNATAL ILLNESSES

**Activities:** We run 12 week courses of workshops focusing on creative therapy. Working with local artists and therapists we also run sessions on nutrition, yoga, and hypnotherapy, giving mums the tools needed to move forward with their recovery. We offer facilitated peer support, giving mums the opportunity to share and support in a safe, non judgmental space and a qualified creche for some crucial me time.
