						The Charity had s positive year in 2022 being a
						year ofgradual recovery from the pandemic
						and the introduction ofa range ofnew projects.
Summary ofthe main achievements ofthe charity, identifying the difference the charity's work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider Pisa 1~						Grant funding was received to create a new End of Life Support Worker. A Holiday at Home project wss sst up to provide regular social events and outings for older people and especially those more isolated. The Charity took over the operation of Histon & Impington

						The Memory Support Group became firmly
						established during the year and provides much
						nssdsd support for those living with memory
						loss and their parents.
						Continued mental wellbeing support was
						provided in both Histon & Impington Primary
						Schools and at the village Secondary School.
						Ths existing charity services and services
						continue to be well used.
						Ths Charity also organised s memorable
						weekend ofvillage Platinum Jubilee
						celebrations.
