## Trustees Meeting 

15th March, 2024 at 7pm.                     Venue: Llandybie R.F.C. Woodfield Road, Llandybie 

Present:  Brian Bennett, Aeron Atkins, Handel Thomas, Pauline Thomas, Bryan Rees. 

## Purpose of meeting. 

To asses the continued health of the Bowls Club. 

All Membership, League & Association fees had been collected and duly allotted. 

Membership remains buoyant and League & competition results are more than satisfactory. 

All trustees were agreed that the financial account were correct and in order. 

Everyone present was looking forward to the 2024 season even though we are expecting stiff opposition. 

Meeting closed at 7:55pm.
