Trustees Meeting
3[rd] March, 2022 at 7p.m. Venue: Llandybie R.F.C., Woodfield Road, Llandybie.
Present: Bryan Rees, Keith Boggis, Aeron Atkins, Handel Thomas, Pauline Thomas.
Purpose of meeting
To confirm that all members had a restricted amount of time to play bowls during the 2021 season due to the COVID restrictions. This was due to the fact that our members are in the vulnerable category.
Due to this fact a reduced membership fee was collected to contribute to the League & Association fees.
Because a reduced amount of bowling was done during the 2021 season, the Council halved their charges.
All trustees agreed that the financial accounts were correct and in order.
All trustees present looked forward to the 2022 season, and hoped that normal bowling would return to normal. Meeting closed at 8.35p.m.
