## **Plymouth Argyle Heritage Archive** ## **Directors’ Report for the period 1st July 2024 to 30 th June 2025** The Directors present their report and financial statements for the period 1[st] July 2024 to 30[th] June 2025 ## **Incorporation** The company was incorporated on 26[th] September 2019. ## **Trustees of the Company** The Trustees who held office during the period were: Mr Richard Andrew Cowdery (appointed 26[th] September 2019) Mr Christian Kent (appointed 26[th] September 2019) Mr Robert Wright (appointed 26[th] September 2019) Mr Matthew Ellacott (appointed 1[st] April 2020) Dr John David Eales BSc (appointed 3[rd] November 2021) ## **Principal activity** The principal activity of the company is the preservation of memorabilia and artefacts connected to Plymouth Argyle Football Club. During the reporting period the Archive displayed memorabilia and artefacts at two Plymouth Argyle reunion events. They continue to display items on a rotating basis at the Far Post Club. The Archive also works closely with the club’s Forever Green team in tracing families of former Plymouth Argyle players. ## **Small companies provision statement** This report has been prepared in accordance with the special provisions relating to companies subject to the small companies regime within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006.
