Where the charity operates: Throughout England Achievements during the period covered by this Trustees Annual Report (TAR): Progress with organisational development was slowed due to Covid restrictions. The Circularity Foundation reached out to potential project partners and potential funders. This resulted in the charity securing a number of funding agreements, although the funds did not reach the charity's bank account until after the period covered by this TAR. The charity's first Annual General Meeting was held on 13[th] January 2021. Financial Review: During the period 6[th] September 2020 - 5[th] April 2021: - The charity received no donations or income of any kind. - The only expense incurred by charity was £84 in bank charges.
