**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE NEED OF BEREAVED FAMILIES OF A CHILD UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR A CHILD UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE WHO HAS A TERMINAL ILLNESS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING SHORT RESPITE BREAKS AND HOLIDAYS

**Activities:** The trustees wish to establish a charity which offers respite holidays to families who have either lost achild under the age of 18 or or who is terminally ill, wishing for happy memories to made for them and theirsiblings and parents.  The trustees will advertise their service through the Royal Marsden Hospital, Sutton and The Eleanor Hospice and via the website, social media.
