The Charty was set up in September 2019 to facilttate a bid to njn a communty library in Ealing in partnership
th the London Borough of Ealing. Having been successful in the bid and won a number of grant applications
the library had to close for a significant period during the year due to Covid reslrictions. The library was able
to offer a restricted Servi￿ and online activiti.es during this period.

**Section A                        Independent Examiner’s Report Report to the trustees of** Charity Name Northfields Community Library **On accounts for the year** 31[st] March 2021 **ended Charity no:** 1185498 Company no: **Set out on pages** 3 to 21 (remember  to include the page numbers of additional sheets) I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of Northfields Community Library Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) for the year ended **31 /03 / 2021** . **Responsibilities and** As the charity’s trustees of the CIO (who are also the directors of the **basis of report** company for the purposes of company law), you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the 2011 Act”). I report in respect of my examination of your charity’s accounts as carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 (“the 2011 Act”).  In carrying out my examination, I have followed the Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act. **Independent** I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that, in any material respect: • accounting records were not kept in respect of the CIO as required by section 130 of the Act; or • the accounts do not accord with such records; or • the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination; or •the accounts have not been prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP (FRS102).
