THE DEFINITION OF “VULNERABLE” WOMEN INCLUDES WOMEN AFFECTED BY PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, DOMESTIC ABUSE VICTIMS, REFUGEES/MIGRANTS/ASYLUM SEEKERS, VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING, HUMAN SLAVERY AND SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OR ANY OTHER VULNERABILITY.
