**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH THROUGH PROMOTING, ENCOURAGING AND SUPPORTING THE BETTERMENT OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES AT BRACKLEY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, IN PARTICULAR ITS PATIENTS AND OTHER USERS.

**Activities:** The charity has been established to support the new Brackley Community Hospital, due to open in 2020.  This will be an NHS facility and will be fully equipped by, and run by, the NHS.  However, the charity seeks to manage publicly raised funds that will enhance the facilities otherwise provided, thus giving add-on benefits to residents of Brackley and the surrounding villages.
