**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT THE RUSSELL SCHOOL BY PROVIDING GRANTS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE SCHOOL TO:A) IMPROVE LEARNING RESOURCES AND ENHANCE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES ENABLING STUDENTS TO ACHIEVE AND REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL; B) SUPPORT THE MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC OF THE SCHOOL AND ENHANCE THE AMENITIES OF THE SCHOOL.

**Activities:** The Fund has been established for the public benefit to advance the education of the pupils at The Russell School by providing grants of financial assistance to the School to: a) improve learning resources & enhance the educational experiences enabling students to achieve & reach their full potential  b) support the maintenance of the fabric of the school & enhance the amenities of the school.
