September 2019.
RoGruitment and indithon of Tnjstees
Reaching out to those close lo the charity who understand how much the charity m8ans to the current
trustees. We would look to recruit trustee5 who share our value5 and who want to make a differen
by supportlng famllles who have lost loved ones. The induction of new trustees would involve
dlscJJsslon on organ donation. training on how we raise funds via fvndraising and selling branded
merchandise. and finally training on how we are able to provide support.
Objectives and actlvltles
Inspired by Keira is for the public benefit. to rglieve the needs of people in Devon, Comwall and
surrounding areas, who have suffered bereavemgnt by the recent sudden death of a child or slbllng
through tragic accident. particulady Ibul not exclusively) by provSding grant ftjnding to assist
beneficiaries to receive bereavement counselling or Iherapy or to support family activities.
Achlevements and performance
Revlew of Activities and Achievements
Here at Inspired By Keira we have been able lo support families In need who have lost their loved
ones. Whether we are able to support one person or a whole family, we lake comfort in the fact that
we hav& been able to provide support at difflcull Ilmes. We are grateful for the donations rg¢eived', we
would be unable to support families if it w2snl for these. We have raised enough funds lo continue
supporting those who need it in our n8Xt financial yèar and wlll conllnue our fijndraising efforts so that
we can conlinug to do so In the yeaTS to come.

The trustees are responsible for preparing the trustees. report and the financlal statements In
accordance with the United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted
Accounting Practice) and applicable law and rÈgulatlons.

2008, and the provisions of the constitution. The trustees are also responsible for safeguardlng the
assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud
