Achigvements and PÈrfomwnce
The Church does not measure the success of fts prwammey and activitses only in numbeT5. inclutthng financial
numbers, also in fellowship, indNidual growth in faith and in the Iwed experience of the Churth community both in
supporting and encouraging eath other and in rèathng out to the signthcant need5 cfthe commun￿"e$ that we live in.
IAThile the Trustees recognise that suth grovth and connecttons with others aTe difficult to measuie. we believe that
there ha8 been a period of ￿Owth over the year. and this has provided further Oppo￿nitieS to reach out and share the
love of Jesus Chrr6t y￿th others.

In the reporting year, we continue to have a General Fund wthich is an Unrestricted Fund and can be used for any
unrestricted income of the Churth. The three Restricted Funds can only be used for the purposes for which Teceipts

payments on each Fund and other matteTS are shown in the attached Accounts.
As we * not currenty employ a Minister. cwr main expeni*iure during the reportÉng period has been the updating of
the Chapel building Ythich included primarily and mr)st significanlly the replacement ol the forecourt. The sala.ry of our
Community &Jpport Co-ordinator, works part-time for the Chuith, was the other significant cost in the year.
The financial results for the year together a summary of the a￿Ounts"ng poliae5 adopted ale set out in the

Mariners Chapel is heavity dependent on Ets MeMbe￿hIp worknng a5 volunteers in all aspects of tts adwi*es, many of
which run litue or no impact on the Chapel expenijknre nevertheless Contribute substantially to the
