**trees and 450 whips to create a new**
**hedge were planted by volunteers in**
**March. The trees and whips were**
**supplied by the Tree Council.**
**The hedges were trimmed to keep a tidy,**
**wildlife supporting perimeter and wildlife**
**corridor.**
**An area for recreation was established**
**through periodic topping and mowing to**
**enable community gatherings and parties**
