The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation for the benefit of the inhabitants of Croeserw and surrounding areas primarily by the provision of facilities for playing football.

We have provided opportunities for the playing of football and keeping active in the local community through senior and junior football teams. This is in a safe and accessible environment and also affordable to all to participate.
We continue to maintain and develop the facilities at both Tudor Park and Red Field for the benefit of the local community.
Also taking part in wider community activities and providing opportunities for members of the community to come together and socialise and also learn new skills.

We are purely volunteer run and have provided numerous opportunities for individuals to upskill and become coaches FAW leaders award, first aid certificate. All volunteers and coaches are DBS checked through the club and if anyone wants to progress their coaching further, they can through the FAW pathway with the support of the club.

Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main The Club has one senior team, plus teams in the following age groups: achievements of the charity u8, u9 and a youth team. during the year We have continued to maintain and develop the facilities at both Tudor Park and Red Field for the benefit of the local community. We have continued to play in the Neath & Port Talbot District League. We have also supported wider community events during the year.

Section E Financial review
As an organisation we aspire to hold at least three-months operating Brief statement of the costs in reserves. These will ensure that the overheads can continue to charity’s policy on reserves be met for several months even if there is a substantial drop in donations. Restricted reserves are maintained for expenditure, at the discretion of the Trustees, on such projects that further the objectives and activities of the charity.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30 June 2023.

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
