The pi'ogryatnme is targeted at 13-14 year old young people who deinonstrate a passion for football, and are consideied to be disengaged in school. or in ihei¥ corwnuniti¢s. These young people are pi'imarily seletted from within existin¥ KICKS progrdtntnes. or where KICKS does not exist. froin projecis run in coordination with s¢hoo15.
