## **Trustees Annual Report for Overseal Gala Players, now called Heart of the Forest Dramatic Society 2023 – 2024** 

A decision was taken to move to a new venue for rehearsals and performances in this year so that we had a larger venue. We were planning to perform Aladdin but due to circumstances beyond our control we had to cancel it part way through rehearsals which meant our only income was a refund of the venue hire. 

Two trustees resigned during the year for personal reasons. 

The group decided to carry on as a group with a new name and some new trustees.
