**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE RESETTLEMENT AND REHABILITATION OF OFFENDERS, EX-OFFENDERS AND THOSE AT RISK OF OFFENDING IN ORDER TO REDUCE RATES OF RE-OFFENDING AND TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE CREATION OF SAFER COMMUNITIES, THROUGH, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THE PROVISION OF MENTORING, ADVICE, AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR WORK EXPERIENCE.

**Activities:** The charity exists to promote the resettlement and rehabilitation of ex-offenders in North and West Cumbria in order to reduce the risk of them re-offending, thereby contributing to the creation of safer communities. Working in cooperation with the Probation Service, it aims to do this by providing mentoring, advice and opportunities for work experience.
