**Activities:** The Charity is family centred and fully inclusive of all disabilities.  We will work with all local Charities to achieve the best support for SEND families. We provide activities within the Hillingdon that bring SEND families and their extended families together. Providing support information and links to other organisations enhance the support the family may need.
