Shehzadi Sultan ARK Trust was able to collect charity donations in the sum of £1236.09 in this year. It was not a large amount but because of currency rate statistically good enough to provide food and shelter to at least 10 to 15 young people and children in Pakistan. Again, charity money collected was transferred to Pakistan through proper channel and it was utilised through volunteers there in a proper manner helping the needy individuals & families.
Over the year we have had to adopt the way we operate due to COVID19 pandemic. Mostly, contacted public by making telephone calls & charity was collected through bank transfers.
Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, most of the charity money was utilised in Pakistan in buying foods and then delivering to needy people door to door in the form of packets. There were hardly any training & teaching sessions except few providing training how to handle a COVID-19 sufferer.
Charity money was used in buying food, masks/sanitisers and other related items and these items were delivered to remote villages and on few occasions proving transportation to COVID-19 sufferers.

Section D
Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
Our volunteers in Pakistan managed to hire few advisers specialised in COVID-19 epidemic hence trained people on the risks of the COVID-19 epidemic and educated them to take measures including social distancing and taking the vaccine and other related steps if needed. Those volunteers managed to help good number of people by delivering food packs to their doors plus providing them masks & sanitisers. Transportation is the very serious issue in remote villages no proper roads but muddy paths hence arrangements were made to provided transportation in accordance with the situation specifically to vulnerable old people caught COVID-19 virus through contact. Not easy but charity workers done their best in this difficult situation.
