Para 1.20 | FODST CIO was set up in 2019 to transfer the activities of The Forest of Dean Sculpture Charitable Trust, charity number 1059078, under a new constitution to the CIO. The Charitable Trust intends to transfer its assets to the CIO once agreements contracted under the Charitable Trust have concluded. This has taken longer than anticipated but are expected to conclude in early 2022. No activity took place under the CIO structure during the period of this Report, however |
