**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF AND EDUCATION IN THE ARTS, IN PARTICULAR THE ART OF SCULPTURE, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.

**Activities:** The activities of the CIO are to maintain, replace, publicise and facilitate engagement with the sculptures which comprise the Sculpture Trail near Speech House in the Forest of Dean in the County of Gloucestershire for the benefit of the general public and the local community for cultural and educational purposes.
