and camplng based accommDdatlon fa¢lllll¢s al Spltten Farm, Worcestershlre. Thls artlvlty Involves hlring
out the facllltles for retreat or conference use by Indlvldua15 or groups for week or iveekend vlslts,
Resourtes avallable for thls aLtlvity Include a 200 seat conference hbll, 8 statie caravans, a ra￿QU$e
venuè, a large camplng field, and more than 50 acres of servlced flelds for events.

related expendlture {prevlous year.. 27W•). Over £83,000 of enhancement and Improvement work has been
done to the charfty's flxed 85sets.

charity's sutvival after severnl perlods of unpretedented difficultles,

The princlpal rlsk5 and uncertainties faced by th¢ ¢harity ar¢ th¢ untsrta5nty or future In¢omÈ streams and
the ¢osts of Intended development work. These wlll be managed by the employment of competent,
adequately remunerated support staff wlth a professional attitude and through monltorlng by a focused
trustee body wlth a va¥lety of relevant compèt¢nci&$.
