Manage a Communty Hall whith is available to rent by the hour or a
d8ily rnte. It is available frcfft 74Xlam untsl 22-30pm every day of the
year.
Tan51ey Parish Council own the building and the Community Hall
Management Committee lease it for a nominal annual fee and
managelnjn the Hall on a day to day basis.
The hall is for the benefrt of local F￿pIe and is io provide a space for all

mmercial activrty. The hall is not available to hire for regu18r block
b￿king8 f(K commeroal use. The use of the Hall has lo be for Ihe benefit
of the Community.
The Hall has now been In operallon providing a ￿sourCe for the ￿0p19
of Tansley for 129 years. One of the main alms is to ensure that any
village non-profit making group. particularfy those who work with children,
are able to use the hall. It is also available for parties. meetings. training
events. displays, plays. jumble sales etc- thé purpJs8 is lo provide a

Garden fumitur& for children was purchased and also addrtional small
chairs for Brownies.
Maintenance costs have increased as due to lack of volunteers, a cleaner
