About the Friends of East Wittering Community Primary
School
Charity set up in July 2019 and registered with the
Charity Commission number 1185273
Our governing document is the Model Constitution for
Parent Teacher Associations in England and Wales.
The Charity is run by the Committee who are also
Trustees of the Charity. The Committee of the Year
ending 31 August 2024 was as follows:

The purpose of the Charity is to advance the education
of pupils in the school by:
Developing effective relationships between the staff, pa rents
and others associated with the school
Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment
which support the school and advance the education of the
pupils
We decide how to spend the money that is raised by
voting as a committee.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (Ihe Trusf) for the year ended 3110812024.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charitys tnjstees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in aC￿rdan￿ wth the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
(Ihe Acf).
I report in respect of my examinats'on of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in Garrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the ACL
