**Objects:** TO RELIEVE POVERTY, DISTRESS OR SUFFERING BY PROVIDING FOOD SUPPLIES TO SCHOOLS IN THE CARIBBEAN FOR CHILDREN IN NEED AT THE START OF THEIR SCHOOL DAY AND PROVIDING ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT TO AID LEARNING AND RECREATION THAT THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD.

**Activities:** We coordinate and provide donations of dried and tinned foods, stationery and recreational items and ship them to schools in the Caribbean that we have liaised with who are starting or have started a breakfast club for the pupils.
