The TTU5t was initially incorporated as a Company Liinited by Guarantee in 2016 but did not ¢ommen¢e activities until
early 2019 whilst it changed ils articles of a55QClation and applied for ¢haritable Status that w&% achi¢ved oil th¢ 10th
Sepiember 2019.
The Object5 of the Charity are the promotion of Community Participation in healthy recreation and the advancement of
Pliysical Edutaiion by tlie provision of facylities for Rowin8 and Other Sport for the benefit of the Inhabitants of West
London and surrounding area5,School age pupils. University students.and other young person and such other persons
who have need for such facilities by reason of their youth
age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or Social and
Bconomic Circumstances or for the Public a¢ large in ih¢ interests of Social welfare and with the obj¢ct of improving

Basis of preparing the financial Statements
The financial staternents of the charitable ctsmpany, which is a publi¢ benefit entity under FRS 102. have been
