|benefit, in particular, the<br>activities, projects or<br>services identified in the<br>accounts.||SOFT TOY COMPANIONS TO<br>ACCOMPANY VERY SICK BABIES<br>AND CHILDREN.<br>Through our successful ‘Send a<br>Friend’ campaign we continue to<br>sell a range of soft toys which have<br>funded further soft toys which have<br>been distributed to sick babies,<br>children and their siblings free of<br>charge.<br>AT THE HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS<br>DISCRETION, THE PROVISION OF<br>FREE RECREATIONAL PRODUCTS,<br>COMFORTS AND OTHER<br>INTERACTIVE ACTIVITIES FOR USE<br>BY VERY SICK BABIES AND<br>CHILDREN, THEIR GUARDIANS AND<br>SIBLINGS.<br>Fundraising has provided funds to<br>support trips and other<br>entertainments for sick children<br>and their families. We have been<br>able to fund private CBT therapy for<br>a young person with severely<br>disabling anxiety, autism and<br>agoraphobia with a noted positive<br>outcome, the young person is now<br>able to go out on a regular basis<br>and has enrolled in education at<br>college.<br>WORKING IN CONJUNCTION WITH<br>HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS AND THE<br>PUBLIC TO IMPROVE CRITICAL,<br>TERMINAL AND BEREAVEMENT<br>CARE SERVICES THROUGH<br>RESEARCH AND INNOVATION.<br>We continue to provide two free<br>bereavementpeer supportgroups|

which continues a link between members of these groups and our ‘Send a Friend campaign’. The ‘Send a Friend’ campaign provides and innovative way to support parents and families in remembering and honouring their child. We have attended institutions to present our work and raise awareness. We have been involved in training hospital staff on child bereavement contributing towards lived experience and evidence based practice.
