|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|**BCC is now firmly established as the main**<br>**support for disadvantaged residents across**<br>**Bury North, and continues to liaise with other**<br>**foodbanks and Food Pantries across Bury.**<br>**Referrals also come from professionals such**<br>**as Social Workers, Health Workers, Schools**<br>**etc.**<br>**The drop-in cafes are very well used as a**<br>**meeting place for local, mainly elderly,**<br>**isolated residents, and are now running three**<br>**times a week.**<br>**The Charity promotes the Family Bank**<br>**through the local schools and this has**<br>**become an expanding  project in itself. The**<br>**main needs are for basic baby equipment, and**<br>**school uniforms for local primary schools.**<br>**Some advice clinics have been set up, and**<br>**this is being developed.**<br>**Thought is being given to re-starting the**<br>**community based activities that were running**<br>**before the pandemic.**<br>**A Yoga class is running weekly, and is very**<br>**well attended.**|
