matters of concern identified`** ``` I have completed my examination. ``` ``` Ihaveidentifiedmattersofconcernthatgivemereasonablecausetobelievethataccounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the Act. ``` ``` Theaccountingrecordsdidnotcontaindetailsofallsumsofmoneyreceivedandexpendedbythe charity andthereforeanaccuratepositionofthefinancialpositionofthecharityatanytimewasunknown. The onlyrecordsmaintainedwereamonthlytotalsofincomeandexpensesfromthebankstatements, there were no records of cash transactions.
