The Iruslees present the annual report and financial statemenl of The Redeemed Christian
Church of God IRCCGI the Chapel of Courage for the year ended 31 st Augusl 2025
Objectives
The principal activities of this charily is the advancement of the Chrislion failh in the United
Kingdom and Ihe relief of poverly, especially those within the area of operalion.
STRUCTURE GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The Redeemed Christion Church of God IRCCGI the Chapel of Courage registered charity
(number 11851471 and Company Limited by guaronlee 1121382811 and it is governed by ils Article
of Association.
Organlsallon ond Structure
The management of this Charity is Ihe responsibility of the Board of Truslees. Who have been co-
opted for their skills and experience and ore required to allend induction and training in order lo
keep up to dote.
The doy to day running of the Charity is the responsibility of the Senior Postor. He is ossisled by o
Council of minislers, whom he delegates responsibililies to regularly. They discuss regularly, to
review the activilies of the church and to make decisions on crucial malters.
Summary ol the year under revlew.
In the year under review. the main aclivities of the Church are carried out physically on Sundays
at the Gideo Park Methodist Church, 398 Brentwood Road, RM2 6DH
In the year under review, the church organised a youth conference, which wos well attended by
young people from our community and parishes around London.
The Church continue lo be a Sunday school hub for distribution of Sunday Manual and a Festival
of Life Workers rally hub.
This year over ten ordained minigters from Ihe churc attended the annual RCCG ordained
ministers conference. held at the Redemption Camp, Farnham, Guildford.

Financial review
The Charitys financial statement for the year ended 31 August 2025 shows a nel increase in funds of
£ I o.(x)7 12024.. £12.1391: Tolol unrestricted fund is £184.89012024: £174.8831
Related party relatlonshlp
RCCG the Chapel of Couroge is a member of the Redeemed Christian Church of God worldwide,
agreed under'the agreement of common purposes, withlhe RCCG UK.
Rlsk management
The trustees have assessed Ihe major risks to which the charity is exposed to, in particular those
relating to Ihe operations and finances of the charity and are satisfied that syslems are in place
to mitigate exposure to any major risks.
In order to safeguard the welfare of Children and young people the Church operales a Child
protection policy. All Childrenlyouth workers ore corefully screened ond have an enhanced
Disclosure and Barring Service IDBSI check.
Reserve Pollcy
RCCG the Chapel of Courage ensures Ihal a reserve to cover the fixed operational costs are
maintained at all limes, to protect unforseen contigencies.
Grant Maklng Pollcy
RCCG the Chapel of Courage make conlibutions to the RCCG WEM, RCCG Central office,
Festival of life in fuifilment of il's obligations. The Charity also moke donations lo other Charities in
the UK from time to time.

Volunteers
We are very grateful to all the volunteers for their commitment and support throughtout the
the year. May the Lord continue to bless and uphold our volunteers for their labour of love.
Public Benefit
In establishing the programmes and activities of RCCG the Chapel of Courage, the trustees
consider its benefit to the general public within the community and in line with it's charity
objects of advancing christian faith in United Kingdom and the relief of poverty.
The trustees ensure that the Charity Commission's guidelines on public benefit are followed
in all their operations, planning and decision making.
Trustees, responsibilities
Law applicable to charities in England and Wales requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for
each financial year which gives a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the
charity and of the surplus or deficit of the charity for that period. In preparino those financial statements
the trustees have:
Selected suitable accounting policies and applied them consistently;
Made judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent;
state whether applicable accounting standards have been followed, subject to any
material departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements; and
Prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis (unless it is inappropriate to
presume that the Trust will continue in operation).
The trustees have overall responsibility for ensuring that the charity has an appropriate
system of controls, financial and otherwise. They are also responsible for keeping proper
accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial
position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply
with the Charities Act 2011. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence
for takina reasonable steDS for the detection and Drevention of fraud
and other irregularities.

13. Taxatlon
RCCG The Chapel of Courage is now an incorporaled charity and is elig-
ible lo the exemptions from taxation available to charities on their charil-
able activities. No charge to taxation therefore arises.
14. Trustee remuneration and related party information
No trustee has received any remuneration or reimbursement of expenses
in connection with work carried out in performance of his/her dulles.
