Brief financial Yevl•w of the year Income trend5 Total circuit income was £340,540. 92% 01 the income was from assessment contributions from the churches of the circuit, 5% were interest eafned and 3% other incomes. Assessment ¢ontribulions by hurches were in limd wilh the Circuit's Budgeted income. Expenditure trends Total expenditure was £ 292,051. Stipends and other remuneration costs which forr￿ 6(M of expeftdrtu￿ were covered through the assessments from churches. 27% of ihe expenditur¢ was the circuil's conliibution and mc*lel trust levy paid lo the Stoke Chester DislFiCt, of which a signrf￿aTht part is used lo fund the WO￿ ofthe whler Melhodlst Church. Other expendflure includes manse maintenance running cost which had a s￿nifICant increase compared to the previous year. Fund balances The circurt's nel current assets on 31 Avgusl 2025, excluding designated funds, was £232,570. This can cover over 4 months d foreseeable expenditure as per the ¢ircuf( reserve policy.
