In planning our activities for the year, we
kept in mind the Charity Commission's
uidance on public benefit at our trustee
meetings. The main activities are as follows:
Provide constant Food Aid to the
neediest people of Yemen.

the whole month of Ramadan
Meat distribution on Eid
Provide constant clean water to the
neediest people of Yemen.
Finance medical Aid to the neediest
people of Yemen.

Hospitalisation and treatments

School projects to help relief the
burden on the families who cannot
Support their children to go to school
by providing them with books, bags.
and uniforms and transport.
Orphanage sponsorships, which
provides the children with income to
cover their food, school, and clothes.
Financial support e. g., Zakat.

easured the numbers of beneficiaries
ould be far greater. Operating in many

ulnerable, oppressed and excluded people

hem safe from harm and to give them a

isease and hunger. In one of the world's
ost complex humanitarian crises, almost
he entire population of Yemen-22 million
eople including more than 11 million
hildren, require humanitarian assistance.
Nearly half of all children aged between six
onths and five years are chronically
alnourished. Outbreaks of acute watery
iarrhoea and cholera have been
xacerbated by the collapse of public
ystems, and some 16 million people lack
ccess to safe water and medical aid. The
UN have warned that more than 14 million
ould die from Starvation if the war
ontinues.

Company for the year ended 0210912022.

basis of report
As the charrty's trustees of the Company (who are also the directors of the
company for the purposes of company lawl, you are responsible for the
preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the
Companies Act 2006 (Xhe 2006 Act.)
Having satisfied myself that Ihe accounts of the Company are not required
to be audited for this year under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for
independent examination, I report in respecl of my examination of your
charity's accounts as carried out under sedion 145 of the Charities Act 2011
1.the 2011 Act"). In carrying OLrt my examination, I have followed the
