Structure Governance and Management
The Charity is established and registered by the Charity Commission as a CIO. It is
govemed by its constitution and trust deed through its trustees.
Objective and Visio
(1) To advance the Islamic faith for the public benefit throughout England and Wales
in accordance with the Statement of Faith ,mainly but not exclusively by means
of providing:
(2) Religious Education
{3} Public celebrations of religious festivals and producing and distributing religious
literature.
(4) To propagate the message of inter and intra-faith harmony, tolerance and
inclusiveness through true interpretation and study of Holy Quran, as taught by
the household of Holy Prophet (PBUH), by arranging special classes/ Majalis
(seminars), and workshops, with special emphasis on female participation, thus
ensuring that our coming generations are nurtured by present and future mothers
as peace loving and tolerant Muslims.

Summary of Main Activilies
1 . Organizing regular Quran Classes (Dars-eQuran & Feham-ul-Quran) for children and younger
women.
2. Conduct study sessions of Holy Quran, as taught by the household of Holy Prophet (PBUII). by
arrang?ingT special classes/ seminars and workshops on this subject.
3. Arranging Prayer meeting5, lectures and public celebration of religious festivals to enlighten
female followers and esp¢ciall>' young generalion about the Athn'aashariyyah's message of
peaceful coexistence and inclusiveness.

My examination was carried out in accordance with the general directs'ons given by the charity
commssion an examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity

of any unusual items or disclosures in accounts and seeking of expalnalions from you as
trustee concering any such matters
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be rquire in an audit
and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a true and fair view
