Objects: The Company's Objects, For The Public Benefit, Are:(i) The Relief Of Persons With A Learning Disability, Their Families And Carers, In Particular, But Not Exclusively, By The Provision Of Care, Support And Services, Including, But Not Limited To, Assistance To Find Employment And By The Promotion Of The Awareness Of The Needs Of Such Persons; And(ii) The Promotion Of The Effective Use Of Charitable Resources By The Provision Of Services To Organisations Involved In The Relief Of Persons With A Learning Disability, Their Families And Carersand The Company Can Do All Other Things That Are Incidental Or Conducive To Its Objects Or Any Of Them.
