IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS BUT NOT FURTHER OR OTHERWISE THE SOCIETY SHALL HAVE THE FOLLOWING POWERS:-1) THE SOCIETY SHALL PROVIDE A FORUM FOR THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH WITHIN THE FIELD OFEXTRACELLULAR VESICLES, THE DISCUSSION OF THE PROBLEMS OF EXTRACELLULAR VESICLE RESEARCH, ENCOURAGE RESEARCH BEARING ON THESE PROBLEMS, AND PROMOTE, ARRANGE, ORGANISE AND CONDUCT CONFERENCES, MEETINGS, DISCUSSIONS, SEMINARS AND THE READING OF LEARNED PAPERS.2) THE SOCIETY MAY MAKE GRANTS TO CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AND INDIVIDUALS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FURTHERING ANY OF ITS OBJECTS.

**Activities:** Advancement of public education and the promotion of those branches of science concerned with extracellular vesicles. 1. Provision of a forum for the promotion of research within the field of extracellular vesicles, including discussion, conferences, meetings, public outreach2. Providing grants to charitable institutions and individuals for the purpose of furthering any of these objects
