At 31 Oecember 2023. unrestrirted veser*s were £1.103.336 and iestrirted reserves *tre £161.018.
The organisation operateswith limited ¢)vÈrheads. The Trustees have det@mir￿d thatt￿ reser¥es target should
be at the le%EI of 3 month5. expected expenditure. Budgeted ex*nditure in the 2024 finaTKial year is just shy of
£1.9m. and the Trustees have sei a targeted reser¥e5 fwre of £5￿k as at 31 De￿mber 2023.
.The target for reserves in 2024 is to maint*n a mirdrmm tovera8e of months. runway. This will ensu￿ that
all commitment5 and notices are addre$5ed. the tompany wth adequate time to implement any
necessary emergenry measures.

December 2024. A new 3-year trMJd8et/foreca5t Wa5 drafted. and two annual forecasts planned each Year,
expend4ture is micro analysed duriNg these activities whilst Planni￿ long term.
In addition, Trustees continue to in%*Higate opportunities to enhance the lor%-term sustainatrility of the
charity and identify those area5 where the financial k*rforrnance can be irnproved. with action5 being taken to
reduce the deficits. The performance of a 14ghly skilled leam of permanent employee5 demC￿$trIteS Follicular
