In setting objectives and planning for aetivities, the trustees have given due consideration to general
guidance published by the charity commission relating to public benefit and in particular to its
supplementary public benefit guidance.

Our key objective is to Collaborate and partner Ivith UK'S leading Art & History institutions including
Museums, Art Galleries with a vieiv to orgAnize events 50 that Ive may raise funds for charity.
KindheART is a registered Charity and regulated by tbe Charities Commission and everything we do
1$ fully ac¢ounted for and reported on.
Our work Is concentrated in Kenya. India. and the UK. where we partner with trusted. officlally registered
local charities and non-profit organisations. Most of these partners are known to us personally. and our
Trustees have visited and engaged with them diree(Iy. We are confident in both their work and their
responsible use of charitable funds.
Our key objective is to collaborate with the UK'S leading art and history institutions including museums
and galleries to host events that raise funds for our charity project initiatives. By working only with well-
known venues and Instltutlons. we ensure a hlgh standard of dellvery whlle keeplng rlsks mlnlmal.
We are also steadily building our mailing datsbase and social media presence to improve communication
with our supporters. Across all our work, we continue to focus on sustainable initiatives that empower
women and children to access education, gain vocational skills. and become self-sufficient. To maintain
transparency. we receive regular reports from the charities we support on how funds are used.

2024 Highlights
Tbis year saw a series of exciting events that helped us expand our community, raise funds, and
eonne¢t with * younger audience.
We once again found unique exhibitions and events that garnered interest from a wider audience.
Highligbts included:
Leighton House Partnership: We collabonited J%'ith the newly reopened i￿]ghton House in
London for an inspiring event in its beautifully restored galleries.
Summer Ladies, Rooftop Partv: Our first-ever ladies, summer celebration took place on a
London hotel rooftOP* where over 90 fashionably dressed guests enjoyed live jazz, A DJ, and a
vibrant evening of netTrvorkin%.
Frieze Art Fair Tours: In collaboration with Frieze Art Fair, Ive offered bespoke guided tours
providin% deep insights into contemporary art.
Mughal Art Evening: We closed the year with an elegant Mughal Art event in a London hotel,
feiituring two renowned art historians.
Charitable Initiatives
Our commitment to supporting vulnerable communities at home and abroad remained strong. Among

For the first time since our charity began, Ive created a promotional, m#rketing-focu$ed goody
bag featuring items from the projeets we support ineluding pickles from Srujna in India and a
handmade lllggage tag from Transfornler Mathare in Kenya alongside generously donated
products from small businesses that share our mission of educating and empowering women.
Fund Distribution
In 2024, £42,000 was donated across ongoing projects:
Kenya:
Lions Club of Eldorel- school sponsorships, new sanitatioll facilities, and A children's botlle kitchen
and dormitory.
-charity Connect- women'$ empoiyement via seTrving schools and computer classes.
-iAfrika- support for street children.

We are espeeially proud of our food and essentials distribution programmc in rural Kenva, whicb has
benefitted thousands of children, families, and communities. Projects like these affirm our belief that
education is the Single most important driver of "A Brighter Tomorrow."
With increasing interest from corporate sponsors and record-breakillg event attelldance, Ive are
poised to groiv even further in the coming years-ensuring that more women and Children gain a¢¢e$s
to education, empowerment, and the ebance to build independent, hopeful fllture$.

After making appropriate enquiries, the trustees have a reasollable expectation that the charity has
adequate resource5 to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For thi5 reason, they
continue to adopt the going cvncern basi5 in preparing the financial statetllents. Further details

Decembey 2024 which are set out on pages 9-15.

As the eharity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of tbe aeeounts) yoll eonsider that an
audit is not required for this year under Seetion 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Aet) and that
an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to examine tbe aeeounts under seetion
145 of the 2011 Act, to follow the proeedllres Iiiid down in the General Dircetions given bv the Charity
Commission under seetion 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Aet and to state whether partieular matters bave come
to my attention.
Bdsis of independent examiner's statemenl
My examination was carried out in aceordanee with the General Directions giTren by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual
items or disclosures ill tbe accounts alld seeking explanations from )'ou as trustees collcerning any such
matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in all audit
and con5equelltly no opinion is given as to Ivhether the accounts present a 'true and fair view, and the
report is limited to those matters Set out in the Statement beloiv.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matters hai'e covne to my attention in connection

2. The aecounts do not aeeord with those records. or

aeeounts set ollt in the Cbarities (Aecounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than
requirement that the aeeounts give a 'trlle and fair view, which is not a matter eonsidered as part

Expendilure
All expenditure is recognised once there is a legal or constructive obligation to that expenditure,
it is probable settlement is required and the amount be measured reliably. All eosts are
allocated to the applicable expenditure heading that aggregate similar costs to that category.
Where costs cannot be directly attributed to particular headings, they have been allocated on a
basis consistent Ivith the use of resources.
Charitable aclivities
Cbaritable expenditure comprises those costs incurred by the cbarity in the delivery of its
activities and 5ervice5 for its beneficiarie5. It includes both costs that can be allocated directly
to su¢h activities those costs of an indire¢¢ nature nece$$#ry to support them.

9. RISK ASSESSMENT
The trustees actively review the major risks which the charity faces on a regular basis and
believe that maintaining the free reseryes stated, combined w'ith the allnual revieiv of tbe controls
over key financial 5y5tems carried out on an annual basis w'ill provide sufficient resources ill the
event of adverse conditions. The trustees have also examilled other operational and business
risks Ivhich they face and confirtll that they have established systems to tllitigate the 5igllificant
risks.

10. RESERVES POLICY
The trustees have considered the level of reserves theywish to retain, appropriate to the ehiirity's
needs. This is based on the charity's sizc and the levcl of financial commitments bcld. The
trustees aim to ensure tbe charity will be able to continue to fulfil its charitable objectives even
if there is a temporary shortfall in income or unexpected expenditure. The trustees will
endeavour not to set aside funds unnecessarily.
11. PUBLIC BENEFIT
The Charity acknowledges its requirement to demoll5trate clearly tbat it must bave charitable
purposes or "aim5" that are for the public benefit. Detai15 of hoiv the Charity has achieved this
are provided in the Trustees, Report. The trustees confirm that they have paid due regard to
the Charity ComTnis5ion guidance on public benefit before deciding M'hat aclivitie5 the charity
should undertake.
