guidance published by the charrty commiss￿Tr relating to pUbj￿ benefft and in particular to its Supplementary
public benefrt guidance.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
Financial position
The fi.nancial po$rtion of the charity in rfs second year has continued to be impacted by the COVID-19
pandemic and the resutts.ng ckjsure of the centre. 11 was anticipated that the income generated by the charl￿$
vities would have supported the rent costs as well as the refurbtshmenL bui inslead Ihis has been funded
by donations.
Furthermore the charty has laken out a Bounce Bxk k)an to support the charrty in the short tem. wh￿h was
repaid after the year end.
Resorves policy
The charity was intending to establish a small reserve in rfs second par, whtch has not Lwn possible due to
the ongoing imp&t of COVID-19. Going forward the intents.on i8 to build up reserve5 to cover 2-3 months
running CO515.Th￿ should be MO￿ achievable Wbth the ck)sure of the centre post year end.
Going concern
After making appropriate enquirE5. the Trustees have a reaSoTra￿e expectation that the Charty has
adequate resources to conttnue in operationa existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason they
conb'nue to adopt the going concem basis in preparing the fu￿n¢￿￿E statements.
FUTURE PLANS
Over the third year, we hope to further develop our course5. social media group5 and website so that they are
easily accessible lo diffe￿nt groups of the public. We hope to start doin9 some PCAYcasts and more zoom
sessions to try to reach out to more people.
We hope to approach some large charib.es to help proFrnte ttpir work tr) encourage the public toward5 more
charitable to these charktses on our'GNing' page on the website.
We hope to open up more ways oftline for the public to offer feedback and constructive ¢rib'eism about the
nknt on our pages so that we can further develop to help suit their requirements whenevef POSSFble.
Dr Lale Tuncer hopes to continue visrting schools around Shrop$hi￿ to help children and teachers any
