A member of the International Association of Lions Clubs Registered No.1185052 ## **ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2021** Lytham St Annes Lions Club was chartered on 10 May 1962 and is a member of Lions Clubs International, a worldwide service organisation. The officers during the year were: J Lashmar Chairperson D Eames Secretary RDA Franklin Treasurer C Holt Trustee The officers are elected or appointed on an annual basis from the members of the Club. ## **OBJECTS** The object of the Charity is to help, either financially or physically, those members or groups who, in the opinion of the trustees and members, are in need of assistance. Financial support is also given to national and international charities in general, and Lions Clubs International charities in particular. ## **The Club operates on a completely voluntary basis, with no paid staff.** ## **REVIEW OF THE YEAR** The Club had a difficult year due to the pandemic.
