In 2024-25, we're excited to expand our offerings! We'll introduce STEM courses, including coding and robotics classes, specifically designed to empower disadvantaged youth in our community.

Brief statement of the TMS Youth and Arts prioritizes financial stability to ensure our programs continue to empower young
charity’s policy on reserves people. We maintain a reserve fund equivalent to roughly three months of operating expenses. This
allows us to:
• Respond to requests for financial assistance (bursaries).
• Cover ongoing program support and delivery costs (e.g., tutors).
We review our reserve policy annually, considering factors like tutor contracts, and adjust it as needed.
