The objects of the chanty are to relieve the n￿1$ of ￿S suffen.ng from mental health conditions, in
particular by prowding grants to organisabons and1￿ tharit￿$ working lo rel￿ve the needs of such people,
and funding researth into the preventicfft. causes. treatrnent arKI care of mental health conditions.

The board shall ccnsist of at least three trustees and at least one of the trustees must b8 18 years of age or
over. When they are inductgd the tnjstees are presented wilh a current copy of ￿ constitution and latest
annual report and financAal statements.

The Trustees are required to prepare fi￿ar￿la[ statements for each financial perK)d which give a true and
fair view of the stale of affairs of the Chanty and of tis inctsne and expenditure for that period. In preparing
those financial statements, the Trustees are required lo..

Charlle Waller Mernorlal Trust- is a UK regk%ter&J charity whith gives free mental health training to
schooL%', reaching thousands of pupils. teachers and parents. It PfoMdes trainirKJ to univeT5tties,
workplaces. GPS a￿1 nurses. encouraging those vtho may be tw depressed to seek help and raises
awarene&8 of depression and other mental health issues, particularly among young people. helping them
take care of their emotK>nal well)8ing and fvJhting the asso¢k?ted sb"gm8.
Th8 British Red Cross Society is a chanty registered in Eng18nd and Wales which helps anyone.

emergency response and protect people in ami&1 conllicL As such went and current events in Ukraine,

The UK to Ukraine P4wl Is a group who vme asscNiated wlh HAFGB, the Great Bribsh Humanitarian
d Fund, a registered charity in England and Wales. charrty number 1199500. They have delivered
generators, medical supplies, focKI and other essentials lo Ukraine. The lnitsa1￿ small initiative started
from the villages of Axford and Piddletrgnthide and since then has gathered seiious momentum with
National and Telwsion media publicty. The charity was founded on the prnciple of ￿illage lo wllage..
which enables us to have direcl c￿Mmun￿at10nS the reCiP￿tS of fuThJs raised and allows them to
ty and maximise their impact.
ACE SMA is a register&J thartty in EnglaTrJ ar￿ Wales wrf)ich aims to help thildren have had
treatment, reach their potential and enable them to take part in as much exer(ise as they can. This will
help the children lo live a fun and active life.
Spinal Muscular Atrophy i8 a r8re, genetic*lty inherited nel￿0MUScu1ar condibon and the charity believes
Ihat Ihe more use the le￿ ￿lU losel. The imwrtance of using musdes and keeping tha motor
neurons ath.ve is essential for with SMA to remain as irHJependent as possible. Onc8 a motor
neuron is lost, there is no way of reth"eving IL r( therefore has the three goaLs of Avrareness. Cure and
Exercise for these children.

The trustees do not currenyy have a reserves but frjnding is sought and may build over a short pOr￿d

funds than are currentty available then grants wll eitlw be made in instalments or funds held until they are
sufficient lo meet th& requirements.
Any funds held by the charity are retsined in bank accryjnts wrth the provMJers Sh￿ cffl the charity
infomiation page. These funds are conshjered to be held in I￿ risk ac(x)unts.
Rlsk assgssment
The trustees have Cl￿81dered the mairx risks to v#hich the charity is exp￿ed and conswjer that those risks
have currently been negliJible. When the chafity makes investsnents Ihgn li will need lo re-address those
risks and ensure Ihat suttable mixes are used to mrtvJate risk.
The trustees do have a grdnl making policy which irwrporales ensuring thal the institutions to which grants
are made are suitable and charrtable in their own xbvibes. The trustees have a policy to avoid direct
individual cont8¢t with any vulnerdble persons.
